Quillbrook Accounting LLC collects only the information needed to provide bookkeeping services and respond to your inquiries, such as your name, contact details, and business information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with third parties except as required to deliver our services or comply with the law.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing and scope are confirmed during your consultation. Either party may discontinue services with reasonable notice. Quillbrook Accounting is a bookkeeping provider and does not file tax returns; tax preparation is referred to a licensed partner.
All client records and financial information are treated as strictly confidential. Access is limited to what is necessary to perform our services, and your data is handled with care and discretion at all times.
